At Adonis Center, we respect your privacy and give you control over your personal data. If you would like to delete your account and associated information from our systems, please follow the steps below.

How to Request Data Deletion

1. Send an email to support@adonis.center with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
2. In your message, include:
   • Your full name
   • The email address registered with your Adonis Center account
   • Optional: Any order ID(s) that may help us identify your account
3. After we receive your request, we will verify your identity and process the deletion within 7 business days.

What Will Be Deleted

• Your customer profile (name, email, contact details)
• Linked authentication records (e.g., Google/Facebook login identifiers)
• Stored customer data in our Shopify system related to your account

What May Be Retained

Certain records may be retained where we have a legal obligation (e.g., tax and accounting records). Such data will be kept only for the required retention period and then securely deleted.

Important Notes

• Once deletion is completed, it is irreversible.
• If you prefer temporary deactivation instead of deletion, mention “Account Deactivation” in your email.
• If your account was created using social login, revoking access in your Google/Facebook settings can complement this request.
