1. Purpose
This Distance Selling Agreement (“Agreement”) regulates the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Buyer for the sale and delivery of goods or services purchased via the e-commerce platform (https://adonis.center), in compliance with Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
2. Definitions

4. Payment Terms

- The Seller will deliver the Product to the Buyer or a third party specified by the Buyer within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
6. Right of Withdrawal (Cayma Hakkı)
6.1 General Right
The Buyer may withdraw from this Agreement without providing a reason within 14 days of receiving the Product, in accordance with Article 9 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
6.2 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
As per Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Perishable goods.
- Sealed items unsealed after delivery, unsuitable for health/hygiene reasons (e.g., cosmetics).
- Digital content delivered electronically.
6.3 Withdrawal Procedure
- The Buyer must notify the Seller of their intent to withdraw via email, phone, or a withdrawal form provided by the Seller.
- The Buyer must return the Product within 10 days of notifying the Seller, in its original condition and packaging.
- The Seller will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned Product or proof of return shipment.
7. Seller’s Obligations
- The Seller is responsible for ensuring the Product conforms to the order and is delivered within the agreed timeframe.
- In the event of defective or non-conforming Products, the Buyer may request repair, replacement, or refund as per Law No. 6502.
8. Buyer’s Obligations
- The Buyer agrees to provide accurate information during the purchase process.
- The Buyer is responsible for inspecting the Product upon delivery and reporting any visible defects or damages.
9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute:
- The Buyer may file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee for disputes under monetary thresholds set by law.
- For higher-value disputes, the Buyer may pursue legal action through the Consumer Courts in the jurisdiction of the Buyer or Seller.
10. Confidentiality and Data Protection
The Seller is committed to protecting the Buyer’s personal data in compliance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). For more information, refer to our [Privacy Policy].
11. Force Majeure
The Seller is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters.
- Transportation disruptions.
- Government actions or strikes.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
13. Amendments
The Seller reserves the right to update this Agreement in accordance with changes to laws or business practices. Updates will be posted on the Website and will not affect ongoing transactions.

Distance Selling Agreement (Detailes)
This Agreement includes the cases where the BUYER (Consumer) makes transactions with the application on his device, by placing an order on the SELLER's electronic commerce website https://adonis.center/ ("WEBSITE"). It regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale-delivery of the following product/services ("Product/Products") to the BUYER and other matters. After the BUYER confirms this Agreement on the WEBSITE, the price and expenses of the Product(s) he ordered will be collected via the payment method he chose.

- If the BUYER selects the Adonis Center delivery option, the product will be delivered to the chosen delivery point within 14 days by the logistics company.
- BUYER will need to pick up the product within 14 business days between 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM using a code sent to their registered phone number or email.

- If the BUYER does not collect the product within this timeframe, it will be considered as returned, and the product's price will be refunded to the BUYER’s original payment method (credit card or bank account).

The BUYER acknowledges and confirms that they have reviewed and understood the following details on the relevant sections of the WEBSITE before accepting this Agreement and entering into an order and payment obligation:

Reward Points Usage:
- Reward points earned through an agreement between the BUYER, SELLER, and a relevant organization can be used for discounts on the SELLER's WEBSITE.
- In case of a cancellation or refund, the monetary value of the reward points earned during the purchase will be deducted from the refund.

Priority Deduction:
- If the BUYER has other reward points (not earned through the current transaction), these will be deducted first when processing a refund.

Payment with Reward Points:
- Purchases made partially or fully with reward points can result in the points being refunded to the BUYER as reward points (not cash) upon a return, unless otherwise stated in agreements with the relevant organization.

Unfair Usage:

Cash Exchange Not Permitted:
- Reward points, gift certificates, and similar benefits cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.

Dispute Liability:
- The SELLER is not responsible for disputes or their consequences (legal, financial, etc.) between the BUYER and the organizations providing reward points.

Direct Reward Points:
- Provisions apply comparably to reward points earned directly from the SELLER.
- By earning or using reward points for payments, the BUYER agrees to all these conditions.
